Need an Official Record?
Use the office that created or keeps the Wood County record:
- Court case files: use Wood County criminal court case channels or contact the Clerk of Circuit Court
- Criminal histories: submit through the Wisconsin Department of Justice Crime Information Bureau
- Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact Wood County Sheriff Admin Records or the agency that made the arrest
- Official Wisconsin record checks: use the Crime Information Bureau's WORCS or current mail form
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Expungement records: ask the sentencing court about an existing order under Wisconsin law
